Top Fox News Anchor, Ed Henry Fired Over Sexual Misconduct

Fox News has fired host Ed Henry of America’s Newsroom after an investigation into an allegation of sexual misconduct was leveled by a former employee.

Fox News Media CEO Suzanne Scott and FOX News Media President & Executive Editor Jay Wallace made the announcement in a memo to all employees on Wednesday, July 1.

According to the memo, the network received a complaint from a former employee’s attorney about allegations of willful sexual misconduct years ago.

Fox News immediately retained an outside law firm, and based on the investigation’s finding, Henry has been terminated.

“We would like to bring a very serious matter to your attention in an effort toward full transparency given the many actions we have taken to improve the culture here over the last four years,” the memo said.
